Wally Lopez, Partner
Born in Los Angeles, California Wally grew up bi-culturally spending his time between Los Angles and Mazatlan. He later studied at the Technology Institute of Superior Studies in Monterrey, Mexico where he studied Sales and Marketing and earned his degree. For almost 9 years Wally was involved in the sales and marketing operations of Punta Mita, working at the Punta Mita Properties office for the entire time. Wally earned a reputation while at Punta Mita Properties for his excellence and professionalism. His extensive knowledge of the Punta Mita development and the surrounding area makes him a valued consultant and closing specialist. Wally played an important part in the success of Punta Mita Properties up through his departure in January 2009. Wally is certified by the Mexican Real Estate Professionals Association, and is an active member of AMPI (the Mexican Professional Real Estate Association) and has an extensive knowledge of all legal and technical aspects of the real estate industry in Mexico. Wally has been involved in the design and development of several high-end residential luxury Real Estate communities and has hands on experience in design, development and construction offering a more complete knowledge base to our clients. Wally is an avid surfer and enjoys extreme mountain biking. Wally lives with his family in the Bay of Banderas.
Jonathon Smart, Partner
Born, raised and educated in Sussex, England. Jonathon was an integral part of the Punta Mita Properties executive sales & management team for over 6 years where he was an important human component in the success of the Punta Mita Properties office, Dine and the other Punta Mita developers until his departure in January 2009. Jonathon has taken Mexican Real Estate Certification courses and is an active member of AMPI (The Mexican National Professional Real Estate Associate) and currently serves on the board of the Honors and Justice Committee of Nayarit Chapter. Prior to joining the Punta Mita Properties team Jonathon was managing vacation ownership and fractional sales for one of the market leaders in Mexico, managing more than 50 sales people at any given time. Partner/development of “Plaza Ollin” located in the Village of Punta de Mita where the Riviera Partners Realty offices are located. Having developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction and architecture processes and having participated in several master planned communities evolutional processes Jonathon is able to bring much more than just being a “broker” but his understanding of the development process from A to Z for both residential, master planned and commercial developments. He has on the ground knowledge and experience with both high-end residential communities and commercial developments. Jonathon has been a competitor in two different sports (Windsurfing & Karate-do) and was a National Champion in both disciplines. Jonathon currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of an International Martial Arts Organization (with active “dojos” in several countries around the World) where he is currently the Chairman of the Board (Since 2007). Additionally Jonathon currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American School of Puerto Vallarta. Jonathon speaks English, Spanish and basic French and lives with his family in the Bay of Banderas.
Daniel Baños, Sales Executive
Daniel is an experienced Real Estate advisor with many years of experience in sales, marketing and project development. He has worked throughout Mexico on various real estate projects, including in the Punta Mita Properties office, as well as Regional Project Director for ICON Group. Daniel brings to Riviera Partners Realty an in-depth knowledge not only of Punta Mita, but of Mexico resort real estate in general. Daniel is an avid waterman – a competitive sailor and surfer, and enjoys the North Shore lifestyle He resides in Banderas Bay with his wife and children.
Don Bachmann, Sales Executive
Don has many years of sales and financial advisor experience in the United States. In 2004 he came to this area to manage the building of condos on the beach in Punta de Mita. After completion of that project, from which he gained valuable experience, he once more entered the sales field with the opening of his real estate office in Punta de Mita. He has been successful even in this challenging market and we feel he is a very strong addition to the RPR team.
Don not only works in Punta de Mita, but lives here as well. He enjoys fishing and sailing and all that this beautiful area of Mexico has to offer. We hope you will join us in welcoming Don as a member of the Riviera Partners Realty team.

Kristi Hall Ayala, Sales Executive
Kristi’s husband of 27 years is from Mexico City and 2 years ago they decided it was the perfect time to embark on a life adventure. They sold one of their homes in the U.S. and moved to Mexico. A Licensed Realtor, Kristi worked for many years with Coldwell Banker in the U.S. For the last year she has benn working and living on the beach in Punta de Mita. She is the proud mother of a 22-year old son who begins Medical School in 2011. Kristi loves playing in the ocean waves, yoga, meditation, belly dancing and the gorgeous North Shore sunrise and sunsets.
Salvador Castrejon, Sales Executive
Born and raised in Mexico City study my teen ages in Pennsylvania USA at Valley Forge military Academy. Study theatre and music composition in Mexico City. Move to Cancun at 18th, start sales creating a company El Wipil with a group of close friends that import handy crafts & garments from Central America with great success for four years. Then I joined a sailing cru did cursing sailing for 2 years in the French Polynesians. Lived in India for six moths were I was initiated in Asthanga Yoga and be came passionate for well being and move to Vallarta 13 years ago created a yoga shala Synergy in Puerto Vallarta. Started commercializing real state and became part of the original sales team that sold Los Veneros with great success in December 2006 trhu Agust 2010. I live with my family in banderas bay.
Mauricio Romandia, Sales Executive
Born, raised and educated in Mexico City, DF (Mauricio also studied in England and the US), Mauricio is an Architect by degree, and has working experience with residential, master planned communities and commercial developments. Mauricio transitioned into Sales with success as a part of the initial team selling the Los Veneros luxury condominium development in Costa Banderas, Nayarit. Based on this experience, he has become the Sales Manager for the project for Riviera Partners Realty. Mauricio speaks Spanish and English and lives in the Bay of Banderas.

Nancy Bravo, born in Alaska and raised in Tepic, Nayarit. Nancy is our Riviera Partners Realty Office Manger and speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Yolanda Aguilar, born and raised in Mexico City, worked for 15 years as Administrator in a Mexico City Law Firm. Living in Puerto Vallarta area for the last 7 years, she has worked in real estate developments for the last 6 years. At Riviera Partners Realty, she holds the position of Executive Assistant, and speaks fluent Spanish and English.
