Welcome to our June 2015 edition of the Riviera Partners Realty (RPR) monthly newsletter. By way of our monthly newsletter it is our intention to ensure that you stay up to date with what is happening here in Punta Mita and the entire Riviera North Shore.

The Summer is here and with it the warm north westerly breezes, perfect for sailing, windsurfing and kite boarding along our western and northern Punta Mita beaches. The Pacific ocean is like a bath, and super clear at this time of the year, perfect for all ocean activities. The summer rains are starting, although as yet not very regular, our tropical climate gives us warm tropical rains at nights and early mornings at times with breathtakingly spectacular thunder and lightning storms, then most days we are blessed with predominantly clear blue skies. At this time of the year everything becomes lush and vibrantly green and full of colorful flowers and our lush tropical vegetation comes back to life!

Punta Mita continues to be busy, busier than recent years with both the St. Regis & Four Seasons Resorts experiencing higher occupancy, the same is the case with the private homes and condominiums too. With this higher occupancy and activity we have been seeing more activity with offers being made and some transactions being agreed and closed too.
